Simon Firmin, Principal 

Simon Firmin has worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in a variety of senior Sales & Marketing roles. Most recently he had oversight for 24 hotels, resorts and residence rentals in the USA, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America. In this role he worked with cross functional teams on improving market share and profit by refining direct sales approach, leveraging digital presence, enhancing revenue management and developing future leaders.


In his current consultative role, he has partnered with clients in positioning for the new normal and assessing marketing, sales and revenue management strategies. He has also focused on positioning (understanding your why), content creation, marketing planning, digital assessment, sales structure and expense management.
